护理干预在减轻烧伤患者疼痛过程中的作用

目的 观察护理干预措施在减轻烧伤患者疼痛过程中的作用。 方法 将60例Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为对照组和干预组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规烧伤术后护理,干预组除了常规护理外,辅以护理干预。 结果 术后24h观察,护理干预组患者治疗效果与对照组无显著差异;术后48h和72h观察,护理干预组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组。 结论 科学的护理干预措施能够减轻烧伤患者的疼痛,疏缓恐惧心理,为疾病的康复创造良好条件。

Nursing intervention on reducing pains of patients with burns

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention on pain relief in patients with burns. Methods 60 patients with secondary-degree burns were divided into the control group（n=30） and the nursing interventions group（n=30）. Patients in the control group were offered routine care. Patients in the nursing intervention group were given nursing intervention. Results 24 hours after operation, there were no significant different in pain degree of patients in the 2 groups. While 48 and 72 hours after operation, the pain degree in the intervention group were lighter than that in the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention could relieve pain of patients with burns and help injures recover.
