| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复护理干预对患者肢体运动功能的改善及日常生活能力的影响。方法将2008年2月到2010年5月连云港海滨疗养院收治的68例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成早期康复护理干预组及对照组,对照组只接受常规治疗和一般护理,康复护理干预组在常规治疗的基础上制定康复护理计划,给予个体化、规范化的综合护理。护理前后采用Barthel指数和Brunnstrom分级法对患者进行评定。结果早期康复护理干预组Barthel指数较对照组明显提高,Brunnstrom分级比较,两组患者患侧上下肢肌力均有显著性差异。结论早期康复护理干预可以明显改善脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能,提高患者日常生活能力。
