麻醉药品在妇幼保健院的应用分析探讨

目的:了解麻醉药品在妇幼保健院的应用情况,探讨其临床应用特点。方法:对我院近年来使用各麻醉药品的数量、金额以及各科室使用情况进行汇总分析。结果:我院麻醉药品消费金额近年来成逐年上升趋势,新型药物芬太尼和瑞芬太尼两种注射剂的用量明显上升,消费金额占据总金额大多数;不同药物用药量变化趋势不同;手术室使用麻醉药品最多,新生儿科与儿科基本不用。结论:我院作为妇幼专科医院,患者有其特殊性。目前,麻醉药品的应用基本合理,但仍要严格管理、合理应用,否则将贻害下一代。

Analysis of Narcotic Drugs Usage in Maternal and Child Health Hospital

Objective:understanding of narcotic drugs in the application of MCH,to investigate its clinical features.Methods:Used in our hospital in recent years,the number of narcotic drugs,amount and usage of the meta-analysis department.Results:The amount of consumption of narcotic drugs in our hospital as an increasing tendency in recent years,new drugs two kinds of fentanyl and remifentanil significantly increased the amount of injection,the amount of consumption accounted for the majority of the total amount;trend of different drugs in different dosage;surgery Most rooms use of narcotic drugs,neonatal and pediatric basic need..Conclusions:Women and children in our hospital as a hospital,the patient has its particularity.Currently,the application of narcotic drugs is reasonable,but still strict management, reasonable application,otherwise harming the next generation.
