DR和CR胸部摄影临床应用对比研究

摘    要:目的:探讨DR和CR胸部摄影临床应用的价值。方法:随机抽取DR和CR胸部摄影各120例患者的胸片资料进行比较。结果:DR胸部摄影,曝光结束后15s获得影像,摄影速度约为60人/h,甲级片115例(95.83%),乙级片5例(4.17%),没有丙级片、废片。CR摄影,需要更换IP板,每块IP板扫描时间1.5 min,摄影速度约为35人/h,甲级片113例(94.17%),乙级片4例(3.33%)、丙级片2例(1.67%)、废片1例(0.83%)。经统计学分析DR组甲片率与CR组比较无明显差异,无统计学意义(χ~2=0.35,P>0.05)。结论:CR与DR的共同点是将X线影像信息转化为数字影像信息,可进行各种图像后处理,为影像诊断中的细节观察、前后对比和定量分析提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the DR and CR chest radiography clinical value.Methods:Random sample the chest slice data that DR and CR chest photograph 120 for each sufferer to carry on a comparison.Results:The DR chest photographs,the 15 ses acquires image and photographs the speed as about 60 people after exposing to end(?)h,the first grade slice is 115(95.83%),the second grade slice is 5(4.17%),there is no C grades slice and discards a slice.The CR photographs and needs to replace IP plank,time of scanning of each IP plank 1.5 mins,photograph the speed as about 35 people(?)h,the first grade slice is 113(94.17%),the second grade slice is 4(3.33%),C grade slice 2(1.67%),discard slice 1(0.83%).Through statistics learn to analyze a rate and CR set to relatively have no obvious difference,have no statistics to learn meaning(χ~2=0.35,P>0.05).Conclusion:CR and DR of converting the X line image information as number image is a little bit common information,handle after canning carry on various picture,for the detail observation in the image diagnosis,front and back contrast and quantitative analysis provided technique support.
