机械通气患者医院感染的特点分析

摘    要:目的:针对呼吸内科患者因机械通气因素造成医院感染特点进行分析。方法:选择我院内科感染的患者70例随机分为2组,对照组35例采取非机械通机,观察组35例采取机械通气,对比分析和研究其医院感染的特点。结果:观察组患者显示的细菌分离结果为,菌株共分离出132株,其中107株为G~-菌株,25株为G~+菌株。对照组患者显示的细菌分离结果为,菌株共分离出90株,其中,72株为G~-菌株,18例为G~+菌株。两组菌群的分布状况为,观察组致病菌群为鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等,对照组致病菌群为鲍曼不动杆菌、流感嗜血杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌等。在构成比较结果上,不同时间段不同菌种的显示为,观察组下呼吸道致病细菌的数量明显高于对照组。结论:易引起呼吸内科患者发生医院感染的因素包括机械通气,采取相应的消毒隔离措施,加强病房管理,提高整体护理干预的力度,可使医院感染的发生率降低,提高患者的生命质量。

Abstract:Objective:Mechanical ventilation for respiratory medical factors in patients with nosocomial infection were analyzed. Methods:Chooses the patient 70 examples which my courtyard internal medicine department infects to divide into 2 groups stochastically,the control group 35 examples adopts the non-machinery to pass machine,the observation group 35 examples adopt the machinery ventilation,the contrastive analysis and study its nosocomial infection the characteristic..Results:The patients displayed the results of bacterial isolates,132 strains were isolated,including 107 for the G-strain,23 strains of G + bacteria.Control group patients showed the results of bacterial isolates, 90 strains were isolated,of which 72 for the G-strain,18 were G + strain.The distribution of the two groups for the bacteria,pathogens in the observation group was Acinetobacter baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus,the control group bacteria Acinetobacter baumannii group,Haemophilus influenzae,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae. Comparison with results on the different time segments of different strains appear in the observation group the number of lower respiratory tract was significantly higher disease-causing bacteria..Conclusion:Easy to cause respiratory infection in hospital medical patients include mechanical ventilation,disinfection and isolation take the appropriate measures to strengthen the ward management,improve the overall intensity of nursing interventions,can reduce the incidence of hospital infections and improve the quality of life of patients..
