护理因素对尿液标本质量的影响及对策

为了研究影响尿液标本质量的因素,提高尿液质量控制水平。对34份不合格的尿液标本进行分析,发现护士没有正确指导患者留取标本、采集时间不当和采集后到送检间隔时间过长、患者及家属对留取尿液标本重要性的认识不足是影响尿液标本质量的主要原因。针对以上原因,科室制定了一套相应的整改措施。通过整改措施的落实,尿液标本的质量得到了显著提高。

Factors affecting the quality of urine samples and the countermeasures

To study the factors affecting the quality of urine samples and improve the quality control level, 34 unsatisfactory urine samples were analyzed. It found that inappropriate guidance for patients to take their urine samples, improper collection time, long interval between collection and inspection, hacking awareness of the importance on urine samples from patients and their families were the main factors to affect the quality of urine samples. For the above reasons, the countermeasures were developed. Through the implementation of them, the quality of the urine samples were improved.
