金属桩核烤瓷全冠修复在临床残冠修复中的应用

目的:探讨金属桩核烤瓷全冠在临床残冠缺损较大,固位力不足情况下作为全冠修复的修复效果。方法:对28例临床上需要做全冠修复的残冠进行完善的根管治疗后,根管预备、金属桩核植入残冠内,烤瓷全冠修复。随访2年,评价修复效果。结果:28例桩核冠无松动、脱落,均能正常行使功能。结论:金属桩核、烤瓷全冠修复在临床残冠修复中是一种很好的修复方式,扩大了冠桥修复的适应症。

The Clinical Effect of Metal Post and Core Porcelain Crown Applied in the Restoration for Residual Crown

Objective:Of metal post and core porcelain crown Crown residual defects in clinical large enough in case of retention as a full crown restoration effect.Methods:28 cases of clinical crown needs to be done to improve the residual crown after root canal therapy, root canal preparation,metal posts implanted residual crown,the porcelain crown.2-year follow-up,evaluation repairing effect.Resnlts:28 cases of post crown without loose,fall off,can function normally.Conclusion:Metal post and core,porcelain crown in clinical residual crown restoration is a good way to expand the indications for crown and bridge restoration.
