浅谈心电监护仪在手足口病并脑炎治疗中的作用

目的:评价心电监护仪在手足口病并发脑炎治疗中的作用。方法:对329例手足口病并脑炎治疗过程中,在应用甲泼尼龙、人血免疫球蛋白、甘露醇等综合治疗的基础上,应用心电监护仪监测心率、脉搏氧、血压等重要生命体征,并根据监测结果及时给予强心、吸氧、降血压等对症治疗。结果:329例病例全部治愈,无一例死亡。结论:在应用甲泼尼龙、人血免疫球蛋白、甘露醇等综合治疗的基础上,应用心电监护仪监测手足口病并脑炎病情并及时处理,可以明显提高手足口病并发脑炎治愈率,降低致残率。

Discussion of Effects on ECG in the Treatment of Encephalitis Caused by Hand-foot-mouth Disease

Objective:To evaluate the effects of ECG in the treatment of encephalitis caused by hand-foot -mouth disease(HFMD). Methods:On the basis of the application of Methylprednisolone,human immunoglobulin,mannitol,applicating ECG to monitor heart rate, pulse oxygen,blood pressure and other vital signs,and then according to monitoring results in a timely manner to give a strong heart,oxygen, blood pressure and other symptomatic treatment,329 cases of encephalitis caused by HFMD were cured.Results:329 cases were cured,No deaths.Conclusion:On the basis of the application of Methylprednisolone,human immunoglobulin,mannito,application of ECG monitoring of encephalitis caused by HFMD and timely treatment,can significantly improve the cure rate of encephalitis caused by HFMD,and reduce disability.
