中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病78例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:对经过临床及病源学检查确诊为小儿手足口病的患儿进行中西医结合治疗,将78例手足口病随机分为两组,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组只采用西医治疗。结果:78例患者,治疗组40例,均治愈出院;对照组38例,1例无效,其它的均治愈出院。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿手足口病,既可以退热,又可使患儿皮疹及口腔疱疹及早消退,能够迅速减轻症状、缩短病程,可最大限度的减少并发症的发生,疗效可靠,值得推广。

Clinical Observation about Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Infantile Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease Patients in 78 Cases

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of integrative medicine therapy on infantile hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods: After the clinical and etiology diagnosed children with hand-foot-mouth disease,treated by integrative medicine.The 78 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group treated by integrative medicine,the control group treated only with western medicine.Results:78 patients,the treatment group 40 patients were cured and discharged;control group 38 cases,1 case is invalid, the other were cured.Conclusion:Integrative medicine therapy on hand-foot-mouth disease in children,either fever,and rash in children and oral herpes can subside as early as possible,to quickly reduce symptoms and shorten the course,can minimize the occurrence of complications, efficacy reliable,worthy of promotion.
