| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨新鲜跟腱断裂的术中手术方法选择及术后康复,为临床治疗提供相应资料。方法:回顾研究2006年4月～2009年6月在我院骨科治疗的新鲜跟腱断裂31例,术中选择不同方法治疗,随访术后并发症及疗效。结果:所有患者均获得随访,术后1年优良93.55%。结论:不同的手术方法治疗新鲜跟腱断裂都有良好的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Obejective;To investigate the Surgical methods and Postoperative rehabilitation for fresh rupture of Achilles tendon,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Thirty one cases of fresh Achilles tendon rupture were reviewed from Apr.2006 to Jun.2009 in our hospital,different surgical procedures were applied depending on the different circumstances of fresh ruptures.Postoperative complications and curative effect were followed up.ResuIts:All cases were followed up for at least one year,with excellent rate of 93.55%one year postoperation..Conclusion:Different surgical therapy for fresh rupture of Achilles tendon have clinical results. |
