疏血通、奥扎格雷钠与低分子肝素钙联合治疗急性脑梗塞30例临床观察

目的:探讨疏血通注射液、奥扎格雷钠与低分子肝素钙联合治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:将60例确诊为急性脑梗塞的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组均按1995年全国第四届脑血管病学术会议通过的评分标准评定疗效。观察治疗前、后神经功能缺损评分和疗效。并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组疗效(90%)高于对照组(63.3%)(P<0.05)。治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组。结论:疏血通注射液、奥扎格雷钠与低分子肝素钙联合治疗急性脑梗塞安全、效果好。

The Clinical Observasion of Shuxuetong Combined with Ozagrel and Low-molecular-weight Heparins Calcium in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of Shuxuetong combined with Ozagrel and low-molecular-weight heparins calcium in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:60 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups at random.30 cases were rolled into the treatment group and 30 cases were rolled into the control group.To evaluate the efficacy according to the score standard of the forth academy conference about cerebral vascular disease all over the country in 1995.The statistic analysis was done.Results: The efficacy of treatment group(90%) was higher than that of the control’s(63.3%).The difference was significant,P<0.05.The improvement degree in treatment group was better than in the control group.Conclusion:Combined treatment with shuxuetong combined with Ozagrel and low molecular heparins calcium was not only safe but also effective.
