| 摘 要： | 目的总结分析慢性泪囊炎经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床效果。方法回顾分析2005年12月到2010年12月间我科收治的16例(18眼)慢性泪囊炎采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术的临床资料。结果分别随访6个月～3年,16例(18眼)中,治愈9眼,好转7眼,无效2眼,有效率为88.9%,无1例严重手术并发症。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术效果良好,创伤小,恢复快,是治疗慢性泪囊炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic dacryorhinostotomy remedy for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Clinical data of 16 cases(18 eyes) who received endoscopic dacryorhinocystotomy because of chronic dacryocystitis was collected and analyzed from Dec.2005 to Dec.2010 in our department.Results 9 eyes were cured,7 eyes got good results,2 eye received no effect,and no complications occurred during the follow-up from 6 months to 3 years,and the effective rate was 88.9%.Conclusions... |
