对冠心病患者社区干预的效果研究

目的探讨社区干预对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病治疗的辅助作用。方法将125例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者分为干预组65例、对照组60例,对干预组进行运动、心理、饮食等方面进行指导,对照组维持原有治疗方案和相关健康知识教育。结果与干预前相比,干预组干预后全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原、血糖浓度、总胆固醇、三酰甘油都有所下降,高密度脂蛋白升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预后干预组全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原、血糖浓度、总胆固醇、三酰甘油低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组干预后的全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇浓度与干预前相比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.01),血糖、三酰甘油和高密度脂蛋白与干预前相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,干预组心率失常减少与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区干预可以降低患者心率失常,调节血糖、血脂等生化指标,养成健康的生活习惯,提高治疗效果。
