| 摘 要： | 目的探讨米索前列醇不同给药途径预防产后出血的临床效果。方法 224例可能发生产后出血的产妇被随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予缩宫素,观察组通过直肠给药给予米索前列醇,对照组通过阴道给药给予米索前列醇。结果两组均未发生休克症状,观察组2h出血量、24h出血量以及产后出血率方面均显著少于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组舒张压、收缩压和药物反应无显著统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论通过直肠途径给予米索前列醇预防产后出血,在保证安全性的同时,能显著提高临床效果,值得临床考虑。
