210例甲状腺肿瘤手术治疗分析

目的观察分析甲状腺肿瘤手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取揭东县白塔中心卫生院自1992年1月至2010年12月收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者210例进行甲状腺肿瘤切除术,观察治疗效果及其他情况。结果本组210例患者均成功实施甲状腺肿瘤切除术,平均手术时间为(74.2±4.9)min,术中出血量平均为(39.8±3.2)mL,术后并发症3例(压迫喉返神经2例,切口感染1例),平均住院时间为(9.4±2.1)d。结论甲状腺肿瘤在临床较为常见,甲状腺切除术为治疗甲状腺肿瘤的重要方法,治疗效果理想,但要注意术后并发症的发生。

210 Cases of Surgical Treatment of Thyroid Cancer

Objective To observe and analyze the surgical treatment effect of thyroid cancer therapy.Methods There are in Baita central health center of Jiedong from January 1992 to December 2010 thyroid cancer patients treated in two hundreds and ten cases of thyroid tumor resection,observation of treatment effect and other conditions.Results There were two hundreds and ten patients were treated successful implementation of the thyroid tumor resection,the results are the average operation time was（74.2±4.9）minute,the average blood loss was（39.8±3.2）mL in operation,and the postoperative complications in three cases,which were contacted with two cases of recurrent laryngeal nerve compression and wound infection in one case.The average hospital stay time was（9.4±2.1）days.Conclusions Thyroid cancer is more common in clinical and the thyroid resection for the treatment of thyroid cancer is important,the treatment results are satisfactory,however,we should pay attention to prevent the incidence of complications to turn out.
