| 摘 要： | 目的研究纤维支气管镜取气管、支气管异物的治疗效果。方法 2009年9月至2010年11月共收治25例气管、支气管异物患者,对其采用纤维支气管镜诊断和治疗(支纤镜组),并和高州市人民医院2008年1月到2009年8月30例行支气管镜下异物取出术患者(硬镜组)比较。结果纤维支气管镜气管、支气管异物症状均缓解,无其他不适反应,镜硬组少数患者出现其他症状。结论对气管、支气管异物患者应用纤维支气管镜下异物取出术治疗效果明显,对气管、支气管异物而言是一种较好的治疗方法。
