| 摘 要： | 目的对生殖器结核的临床诊治进行分析总结,提高诊断的准确性和指导治疗。方法益阳市人民医院诊治的66例生殖器结核患者分为实验组和对照组,两组都给予抗结核治疗,同时实验组加用微卡,分析患者的资料和治疗结果。结果生殖器结核的初步诊断准确率为21.21%,辅助检查能显著提高诊断的准确性,实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生殖器结核因病史不明确、症状及辅助检查特异性不明显,从而导致误诊率高。在临床工作中,应对病史、临床表现以及辅助检查综合考虑、全面分析,尽量降低临床误诊率;在抗结核治疗中,为了提高疗效,微卡值得临床应用。
