| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心脏康复治疗对经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术（PTCA）后患者血脂的影响。方法：224例行PTCA术后的患者被分为康复组（110例）和PTCA对照组（114例），康复组接受运动康复治疗，而对照组不参加任何运动训练。分别测量两组患者入选时及治疗8周后的血脂水平。结果：经过8周心脏康复治疗，康复组患者血脂水平低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：心脏康复治疗能明显改善PTCA术后患者的血脂水平。

| Abstract: | To determine the effects of cardiac rehabilitation on blood lipid in patents with pereutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA),Methods:A total of 224 patients treated with PTCA were randomly as- signed to rehabilitation group(n=110) and PTCA control group(n=114) .The patients of rehabilitation group under- went rehabilitation program,whereas the PTCA control group did not participate in such a program.The blood lipid level of two groups was measured on entry and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:Blood lipid levels of rehabilitation group significantly improved compared with PTCA control group after 8 weeks treatment(P<0. 05) .Conclusion:Car- diac rehabilitation can improve the blood lipid levels of patients with PTCA. |
