nm23基因在结肠癌中表达及其临床意义

目的:阐明nm23基因产物在结肠癌中表达意义及其与淋巴结转移、预后的关系。方法:用免疫组化方法研究53例结肠癌中nm23基因产物表达。结果:53例结肠癌病例中nm23基因表达阴性29例占54.7%,阳性24例占36.3%。29例阴性表达病例中,发生淋巴结转移23例占79.3%,5年生存率为31.0%(9/29)。低表达的37例均属于C2、D期。低分化腺癌和黏液腺癌占36例。提示nm23基因的低表达与结肠癌的组织学分型、局部淋巴结转移、临床分期及预后有关系。而与肿瘤的大小、部位无关。结论:检测结肠癌组织中nm23基因产物表达可预测肿瘤的转移、复发及预后。

The expression and clinical significance of nm23 gene in colon carcinoma

Objective:To explore the relationship of nm23 gene wih the metastasis,prognosis of colon cancer. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry method to investigate the expression of nm23 gene product on colon cancer. Results: Among 53 colon cancer cases, the ratio of negative expression was 54.7% (29 cases), positive rate was 36.3% (24 cases). Among the 29 negative expression cases, the ratio of lymph node metastasis was 79.3% (23 cases), and the 5 year survival rate was 31.0% (9/29). The low expression of 37 cases belong to C2 and D period. The number of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and mucus adenocarcinoma was 36 cases. The low expression of nm23 gene was concerned with the histological type, local lymph nodes metastasis, clinical stage and prognosis of colon carcinoma, but no relation with tumor size and position. Conclusion: To detect the expression of nm23 gene in colon carcinoma tissue is useful to predict the metastasis, recurrent and prognosis of colon cancer.
