健康体检人群高血压相关知识及需求的调查

目的了解健康体检人群对高血压相关知识的掌握及需求情况,指导护理人员有目的地进行健康教育。方法采用问卷调查法对252名健康体检者进行高血压病及危险因素认知情况、知识需求及需求方式等进行调查。结果252名健康体检者中有44.3%掌握高血压患病知识及危险因素知识;有53.0%认知高血压预防方法,但实施预防措施的只有25.0%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);高血压预防措施、危险因素、病因占需求的前3位。结论体检人群对高血压相关知识缺乏,大部分未主动采取预防措施;护理人员应采取多种形式的健康教育方式,有针对性地进行高血压知识宣教,以提高体检人群的预防意识,降低高血压的发病率。

Investigation on Knowledge and Demand of Hypertension in Healthy People Undergoing Medical Examination

Objective To investigate the knowledge and demand on hypertension in healthy people undergoing medical examination,so as to give health education accordingly.Methods Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the knowledge and demand on hypertension in 252 healthy people undergoing medical examination.Results We found that 44.3% of the subjects had the general knowledge and risk factors of hypertension,53.0% of them knew the preventive measures for hy- pertension,but only 25.0% of them put the measures into practice.The preventive methods,the risk factor and etiology of hypertension ranked the top 3 demands.Conclusion The subjects have a poor knowledge of hypertension and most of them have not practiced any prevention measures. Multi modes of health education should be given by nurse to improve the hypertension knowledge of people to decrease the morbidity of hypertension.
