23株多重耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染的实验和中西医结合治疗分析

目的:分析多重耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的耐药性及中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法:用全自动细菌鉴定/药敏VITEK32系统对23株多重耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的实验资料进行分析,并调查与实验菌株相对应的临床用药情况,观察中西医结合治疗的疗效。结果:多重耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌分离率逐年增加,其耐药率明显增加;联合应用抗生素及辅助应用中药后,由多重耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌感染导致的死亡率为23.5%。结论:多重耐药嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌引起的感染用中西医结合治疗效果较好。

Analysis on the Resistance of Stenotrophomonas Maltophilia in Experiment and in Clinical Two-drug Combination Regimen

Objective To analyze the resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in experiment and clinical efficacy integrative Chinese and western medicine(ICWM).Methods The data of the resistance rate of 23 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia produced by Biomerieux Vitek 32 system was collected.The clinical efficacy of ICWM regimen was investigated.Results The separation rate of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia with multi-drug resistance increases year by year,so is its resistance rate.The mortality rate of infection produced by multi-drug resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia in the clinical ICWM regimen was 23.5%.Conclusion The efficacy of ICWM regimen to multi-drug resistance of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia is better than by antibiotics only.
