经阴道彩色多普勒在异位妊娠保守治疗中的应用

目的研究经阴道彩色多普勒在异位妊娠保守治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析32例临床保守治疗的(?)位妊娠超声表现及动态变化。结果在32例异位妊娠病例中,保守治疗治愈率81．2％(26／32),有效率12．5％(4／32),无效占6．3%(2／32)。超声声像图的改变包括囊实性／实性包块的缩小,包块周边血流信号的减少及盆腔积液量的减少等等。结论异位妊娠保(?)治疗中的声像图颇具特征,经阴道彩色多普勒是监测治疗的简便、有效、无创的方法,为临床治疗提供参考。

Application of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy(EP). Methods Ultrasonography findings and dynamic change of EP in 32 cases received conservative treatment were reviewed. Re-sults In 32 cases, the cure rate was 81.2% (26/32), the efficacy rate 12.5% (4/32) and inefficacy rate 6.3% (2/32). Ultrasonographic features were the size diminution of cystic-solid / solid mass, decrease of color Doppler flow signal around the mass and the volume of pelvis fluid. Conclusion The features of EP with conservative treatment are specific on color Doppler transvaginal sonography which is simple, effective and non-invasive method in monitoring clinical treatment.
