| 摘 要： | 应用ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＤ、ＩｇＭ和Ｃ３ｃ４种标记抗体对１１例晕痣和１３例痣细胞痣进行了平行免疫组化观察，结果显示晕痣与痣细胞痣具有明显不同的免疫病理特点，支持晕痣的发生与自身免疫有关的观点。

| Abstract: | By means of immunohistochemical method, the authors studied the presence of IgG, IgM, IgD and C3c in tissues of patients with halo nevus and nevocellular nevus. The results suggest that the immunopethology of the two types of nevus is obviously different and support that the development of halo nevus is retatal to autoimmunity. |
