摘    要:目的:探讨口腔科诊疗室三种消毒方法的效果。方法:对我院口腔科30间诊疗室分别采用紫外线灯照射、95%酒精浸泡过的苍术熏蒸、空气净化除菌机进行消毒,分别取消毒前、消毒后1,2,3 h的空气菌落数进行分析。结果:三种消毒方法在消毒后1 h均有效,空气净化除菌机消毒效果最好,紫外线消毒效果其次,苍术熏蒸效果最差;2 h后紫外线消毒失效,空气净化除菌机及苍术熏蒸仍有效;3 h后苍术熏蒸也失效,仅空气净化除菌机仍有效。结论:空气净化机连续消毒效果最好,95%酒精浸泡苍术熏蒸的连续消毒效果比紫外线消毒要稍持久。

Comparison the effect of three disinfection methods in dental clinic

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of three disinfection methods in dental clinic. Methods : Our hospital department of stomatology 30 clinic re- spectively by ultraviolet irradiation, 95 % alcohd soaked rhizoma atraetyledis fumigation, disinfection of air purification sterilization machine. Canceled be- fore disinfection poison, after 0, 1,2, 3 h air colony number analysis. Results:Three kinds of disinfection methods in disinfection of 0, 1 h were effective, the effect of air purification machine disinfection and sterilization was Dthe best, followed by the ultraviolet disinfection effect, rhizoma atractylodis fumiga- tion effect was the worst. Failure after 2 h of ultraviolet disinfection, air purification sterilizing machine and rhizoma atractylodis fumigation was still effec- tive ; after 3 h of Rhizoma Atractylodis fumigation also failure, only air purification sterilization the machine was still effective. Conclusion : The air purifica- tion machine continuous disinfection effect is the best, continuous disinfection effect of 95% alcohol immersion Rhizoma Atractylodis fumigation to slightly longer than ultraviolet disinfection.
