达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

目的观察达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法采用随机方法将114例患者分为达立通颗粒组（治疗组）和莫沙必利组（对照组）各57例,两组均治疗4周后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组显效率为71.92%,总有效率为89.47%;对照组显效率为71.92%,总有效率为87.72%。两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论达立通颗粒治疗功能性消化不良疗效好,与莫沙必利相当。

Clinical effect of the method of dalitong granule treatment on 114 cases of functional dyspepsia

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Dalitong Granule in treating functional dyspepsia.Methods 114 patients were randomized to Dalitong Granule group（the treatment group）and mosapride group（the control group）,57 patients in each group.After 4-week treatment,we observed the clinical curative effect. Results The effective ratios and total effective ratils of the treatment group were 71.92% and 89.47%;those of the control group were 71.92% and 87.72%.There was no significant difference between groups（P0.05）.Conclusions Dalitong Granule has a good curative effect on treating functional dyspepsia,and has the same curative effect as mosapride.
