目的：探讨Y理论在护理风险管理中的应用。方法：应用Y理论,采用改变呈报表格、对风险事件当事人和科室给予保密、对呈报事件或填报潜在风险表格的护理人员发感谢信和感谢卡片等方法,营造呈报风险事件的安全氛围,激发护理人员呈报事件的责任感和成就感,提高风险事件呈报率和准确率。结果及结论：Y理论对促进员工的风险事件的呈报有独到作用,可在护理风险管理中应用。

The Application of Theory Y in Risk Management of Nursing

Objective： To discuss the application of Theory Y in risk management of nursing. Method： Based on Theory Y, an atmosphere of safe feelings in submitting risk event reports is created by improving the error submission forms, keeping confidence of involved individuals and parties, sending thank notes to those who submit errors and potential risks, and nurses’ responsibility and achievement-feeling in submitting which leads to higher accuracy of submission are boosted. Result and Conclusion： Theory Y is effective in helping nurses to submit risk event reports and could be applied to risk management of nursing.
