| 摘 要： | 目的 了解血清C反应蛋白(SCRP)水平测定对老年哮喘的诊疗价值.方法 比较40例老年哮喘患者治疗前后SCRP水平、白细胞总数和中性粒细胞比例的变化,及其与50例对照组之间的差异.结果 老年组治疗前SCRP水平和白细胞总数显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)和治疗后(P＜0.01),治疗前中性粒细胞比例＞0.75的阳性率也显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)及治疗(P＜0.01).结论 SCRP检测可作为反应感染的敏感指标,有助于老年哮喘的诊断与疗效观察.
