山东省五莲县16 782名儿童少年龋患状况分析

目的 了解五莲县中小学生口腔疾病现状，为中小学生口腔疾病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 根据WHO口腔健康调查方法，分层整群抽取36所学校共16782名学生进行口腔检查，按照《全国学生龋病、牙周病流行病学抽样调查》的标准进行。结果 混合牙列龋患率为48．59％，其中乳牙龋患率为36．49％，充填率为18．32％；恒牙龋患率为21．21％，充填率72．3l％。结论 五莲县中小学生龋患率较高，应加强学生的龋齿防治工作。

Status of Dental Caries among 16 782 Children in Wulian County of Shandong

[Objectlve]To investigate the status of dental caries among middle and primary school students in Wulian County and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of dental caries. [ Methods] WHO dental health investigation method was used to conduct dental examination on 16 782 school students randomly selected from 36 schools according the standard of National .Sampling Investigation of Dental Caries among Students. [Results]48.59% of the students had combined dental caries, among which primary caries incidence was 36.49% with the filling rate was 18.32% ; permanent teeth caries incidence was 21.21% with the filling rate of 72.31%. [ Conclusion]The caries incidence is rather high among middle and primary school students of Wulian County; preventive work shotdd be enhanced.
