前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的护理对策

目的：分析前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛发生的相关因素，寻找其护理对策。方法：选取前列腺电切手术患者385例（术后发生膀胱痉挛91例，占23．6％），回顾性分析护理对策并进行改进。结果：导尿管气囊注水量、膀胱冲洗液温度等可引起膀胱痉挛的发生，护理对策的改进可以减少膀胱痉挛的发生。结论：通过对导尿管气囊注水量、膀胱冲洗液温度等方面相关因素护理对策的改进对减少膀胱痉挛的发生有满意的效果。

Nursing Strategies of bladder spasm after electric resection of the prostate

Objective:To analysis the relevant factors of bladder spasm after electric resection of the prostate to find its nursing strategy.Methods:To select prostate surgery patients with 385 cases treated(91 cases occurred of bladder spasm after surgery,accounting for 23.6%),retrospective analysis and improving the nursing strategies.Results: The water injection volume of balloon catheter and the bladder fluid temperature can cause the occurrence of bladder spasm,improving the nursing strategies can reduce the occurrence.Conclusions: Through the improving of nursing strategies of related factors of the water injection volume of balloon catheter and the bladder fluid temperature,which can reduce the occurrence of bladder spasm and have satisfactory outcomes.
