老年人根面龋与血糖、血清钙磷等相关性初探

目的探讨老年人根面龋与血糖、血清白蛋白及血清钙磷等全身因素的关系。方法用随机方法抽选60岁以上的老年人300例,依有无患根面龋分为两组,比较两组的空腹血糖、血清白蛋白、血清钙磷的含量。所得资料采用SPSS10.0软件包进行统计分析。结果患根面龋组血糖为(5.99±1.48),无根面龋组为(5.57±1.06),经统计T值为2.67,p<0.01,在统计学上有非常显著差别。两者血清白蛋白及血清钙磷的含量经统计分析,p<0.05,在统计学上均有显著性差异。结论本组资料显示,患根面龋者血糖、血清白蛋白、血清钙磷均高于无根面龋者,说明老年人根面龋与上述全身因素之间存在着一定的相关性。

STUDY ON CORRELATION OF THE SENILE ROOT CARIES AND SERUM CALCIUM AND PHOSPHORUS AND GLUCOSE

Objective The purpose of this study was to explore,by blood glucose, serum albumin, serum calcium and phosphorus,the general health condition and root caries of elderly. Methods We randomly selected 300 individuals over 60 - year - olds. They were separated into two groups based on root caries. The blood glucose, serum albumin, calcium,phosphorus and root caries were measured. Statistical methods：SPSS 10.0. Resuls The blood glucose concentrations of elderly with root caries and not root caries was 5.99 ± 1.48 and 5.57 ± 1.06. There were significant difference between two groups. Conclusion From this study, we conlude that root caries of elderly was closely related to the general health condition.
