| 摘 要： | 为适应当前医院卫勤保障新形势，探索医院平战结合的卫勤保障特点，本介绍了该医院将聘用人员作为未来作战的后备力量，施行军事化管理，建立平战结合的后备保障机制，培养一支高素质的后备队伍，提高了医院平战时的卫勤保障能力。

| Abstract: | For suiting the new situation on the health service guarantee of the hospital in present time , exploring the characteristic of the health service guarantee in the normal time and the war time, it is introduced in this article that employees as the reservation strength of fighting in the future, and carrying out the militarizing management, and establishing the reservation guarantee mechanism in the normal time and war time combining, cultivation one reservation troops of the high diathesis, raising the health service guarantee ability of the hospital in the normal time and war time. |
