硫化氢对肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的探讨硫化氢(H蠢)对肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法将24只大鼠随机分为假手术组(A组)、缺血-再灌注组(B组),缺血-再灌注+NaHS组(C组),每组8只。A组仅行剖腹及游离肠系膜上动脉(SMA),B、C组建立大鼠肠缺血-再灌注损伤模型。C组在再灌注前10min静脉注射100umol/kgNaHS后按1mg·kg-1·h-1持续静脉注射直到再灌注2h,A、B组静脉注射相同体积0.9%的氯化钠溶液,作用时间和持续时间均同C组。处死大鼠后取血测定血液流变学指标及HS水平。结果与A组比较,B、C组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血沉及H书水平均显著升高(均P〈001);与B组比较,C组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数、血沉及H2S水平均显著下降(均P〈0.01)。书与血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞聚集指数及血沉均呈显著负相关(r=-0.844、-0.813、-0.825、-0.748、-0842,均P〈0.01)。结论H2S能改善肠缺血-再灌注损伤大鼠血液流变学指标。

Effect of hydrogen sulfide on hemorheology during gut ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

Abstract:Objective TO investigate the effect of hydrogen sulfide on hemorheology during gut ischemia-reperfusion in- jury in rats. Methods Mate Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 8 in each. The ischemia-reperfusion of superior mesenteric artery was induced in rats of groups I/P and NaSH, and group S received sham operation. Sodium hydrosulfide (100pmot/kg bolus +lmg.kg-1.h-~ infusion) was given to rats in group NaSH 10min prior to the onset of reperfusion, whereas rats in group S and I/P received same volume of normal sodium. Plasma hydrogen sulfide(H2S) level was detected and hemorheologic parameters were measured. Results Plasma H2S level and hemorheologic parameters in NariS group were significantly higher than those in group I/P, but lower than those in group S(P〈0.01). H2S level was negatively correlated with erythrocyte aggregation index, ESR, plasma viscosity, high blood viscosity and low blood viscosity (r=-0.844, -0.813, -0.825, -0.748, -0.842, respec- tively, all P〈0.01). Conclusion Hydrogen sulfide may play an important role in improving hemorheology during gut ischemi- a-reperfusion injury in rats.
