| 摘 要： | 口腔颌面部吻合血管手术后感染多与厌氧菌有关。我科于1985年按病员收治顺序随机分为术前用灭滴灵和对照组,两组病例的病种、游离皮瓣类型、术前感染、平均年龄、待手术日及手术时间等相关因素基本相同。用药组术后感染率6.06％,对照组为25.00％(P<0.05),两组差别显著。两组术后皮瓣成活率分别为100％和96.87％(P>0.05),差别不显著,表明用药有效。但用药及感染与否对皮瓣成活率影响不大。文中讨论了该部位此种手术术后感染率高的原因及处理原则。

| Abstract: | The post-operaitve infection oral-maxillofacial vascular anastomosis treatment is mostly caused by anaerobic bacteria. In 1985, we dovided the patients into two groups randomly according to the register order, one was applied with metro-nidazole before operation, the other is control group, It is approximately same in disease type, free sikn flap type, preoperative complicated infection, average age, hospitalization period before operation(day), opera- tion duraction, the post-operative infection rate of the group with metronidazole was 6.06% and the control group was 25.00%(P<0.05). The difference was signif- icant. The post-operative flap survival rate of the two groups was 100% and 96.87% respectively(P>0.05). |
