颈动脉内膜剥脱术后即期脑中风的病因、影响因素及治疗（摘要）

对２９１例颈动脉内膜剥脱术后患者进行随访研究，１例术后即期死亡；２２例（６．３％）在术后发生脑中风，１７例为中度中风，５例为严重中风，即期中风的病因包括：１４例手术部位颈动脉血栓形成（１４／２２，６４％），４例术中或术后即期脑栓塞，２例阻断颈动脉所致脑缺血，１例脑出血，１例原因不明，此外讨论了术后中风的危险因素和处理方法。

Etiology,Risk Factors and Management of Perioperative Stroke of CarotidEndarterectomy

The first author had visited andworked for one year at Monash Medical Centre inAustralia,who reviewed and researched all the histo-ry of 291 patients who underwent carotid endarterec-tomy from January 1,1987 to June 30,1992 atMonash Medical Centre and form January 1 , 1985 toJune 30,1991 at Prince Herry′s Hospital in Australia.The perioperative stroke and mortality of carotid en-darterectomy: One patiant died in perioperative peri-od.Perioperative stroke were occurred in 22 cases(22/347;6.3%).Medium stroke were in 17patients,majar stroke in 5 patients. The etiology ofthe perioperative stroke were due to thrombosis ofthe operative site in 14 cases(14/22,64%),due tocerebral embolization during or immediately postop-eratively in 4 cases,due to clamping ischemia in 2cases,due to intracerebral hemorrhage in 1 cases,and the cause was not clear in one case.The risk fac-tors and managegement of perioperative stroke hadbeen discusscd in this papr.
