肝硬化大鼠肠神经丛一氧化氮合酶的分布

摘    要:以组织化学方法对正常大鼠及肝硬化大鼠结肠及回肠壁内一氧化氮合酶(NOS)进行了定位研究,并用图像测量方法对两组大鼠肠壁内NOS进行了定量分析。结果表明:肝硬化大鼠结肠及回肠壁内NOS阳性纤维及胞体比正常组明显增多,染色增强;其面积参数、光密度参数值显著高于正常组,灰度参数值显著低于正常组(P<0.01)。从而提示一氧化氮在肝硬化门脉高压性肠道功能异常中具有重要作用。

Abstract:NADPH-diaphorase histochemical staining method was used to investigate the distribution of NOS in ileum and colon of normal and cirrhotic rats. In the meantime, the activity of NOS in the wall of rat intestine was studied with the method of image analysis. The results showed that NOS-containing nerve fibers and cells were more abundant in distribution and richer in color in cirrhotic rat intestine than those of the control group. The parameters of area and light density were remarkably higher than those of the control group, and the grey parameter was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0. 01). This result suggests that NO may play an important role in the intestinal function disorders which are related to chronic portal hypertension.
