| 摘 要： | 目的:研究牛黄解毒片薄膜包衣工艺方法。方法:采用聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅳ号为包衣材料进行薄膜包衣,考察比较牛黄解毒糖衣片和薄膜衣片外观、抗热性、抗湿性及抗磨性等质量因素。结果:牛黄解毒薄膜衣片,其外观质量抗热性、抗湿性及抗磨性均优于其糖衣片,且缩短了包衣工时。结论:牛黄解毒片薄膜包衣工艺可替代其糖衣工艺。

| Abstract: | VE: To study the technology for film coating of Niuhuangjietu pian. METHODS: The film coating was done by polyacrylate resin as a coating material. And compared different properties between the sugar coating and the film coating of Niuhuangjiedu pian. RE-SULTS: The film coating not only has a gloosy surface of tablet,but also is superior to its sugar coating in properties of antiheat,moisture-resistant and fight grinding. And the coating time is shortened. CONCLUSION: This research provides to replace fully the sugar coating of Ni-uhuangjiedu pian by the film coating. |
