| 摘 要： | 本文报告用原子吸收光谱法检测了49例正常生育男子和134例不育男子精浆锌,铜,铁,硒和锰的含量。结果表明,生育男子精浆锌,铁,硒含量较患少精症,无精症和死精症的不育男子含量高得多;此外,精浆锌浓度增加与精子活力有关。该研究提示:锌,铁和硒是维持正常生育功能所必需的元素。

| Abstract: | This paper reports the concentrations of zinc,iron,copper,selenium and manganese in the seminal plasma of 49 fertile men and 135 infertile men.These metals were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results indicated that the fertile men had higher mean concentrations of seminal zinc,iron and selenium than those of the oligospermic,azoospermic and asthenospermic patients.In addition,the increased concentration of seminal zinc was associated with increased sperm motility.It is thus suggested that seminal zinc,iron and selenium are essential trace elements for the reproductive function. |
