耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌对消毒剂抗性试验观察

目的研究临床分离的耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌对消毒剂的抗性水平。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法 ,以铜绿假单胞菌标准株做比较,进行实验室观察。结果含有效氯25mg/L消毒液作用1min,对8株临床分离耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌,杀灭对数值全部>5.00;含有效氯25mg/L消毒液作用1min,对铜绿假单胞菌标准株杀灭对数值>5.00。含有效碘75mg/L消毒液作用3min,对8株临床分离耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌杀灭对数值全部>5.00;含有效碘75mg/L消毒液作用3min,对铜绿假单胞菌标准株杀灭对数值>5.00。结论未发现临床分离的耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌对本院常用消毒剂产生抗性。

Experimental observation on resistance of imipenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii to disinfectants

Objective To study the resistant level of clinically isolated acinetobacter baumannii to disinfectants.Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test with standard strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa for comparison were used to carry out laboratory observation.Results The killing logarithm values of 8 strains of clinically isolated imipenem-resistant A.baumannii exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine 25 mg/L for 1 min were more than 5.00 which was eligible,and the killing logarithm values of the standard strain of P.aeruginosa exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine 25 mg/L for 1 min were more than 5.00.The clinically isolated A.baumannii strains showing killing logarithm more than 5.00 after exposure to iodoine-containing disinfectants containing available iodoine 50 mg/L for 3 min accounted for 100%.while the killing logarithm values of standard strains exposed for 3 min were more than 5.00 which was eligible.Conclusion The imipenem-resistant A.baumannii doesn′t show resistance to disinfectants.
