摘    要:应用~(131)I标记抗大肠癌单克隆抗体Hb_3静脉或腹腔注入裸小鼠人肠癌模型体内,进行生物学分布和显象研究。除移植瘤直径小于0.5cm的裸小鼠外,48h即可查见良好的肿瘤显象,72、96h更为清晰。肿瘤与肌肉、肠道的每mg组织的放射性浓度之比均大于2,以96h最高,分别是6.9和14.1。

Abstract:Inorder to study the biological distribution and radioimmunoimage of 131I- labeled anti-colorectal carcinoma antibody Hb3 nude mice bearing human HRT-18 colorectal cancer cell line were given by i. v. or i. p. injections of isotope-labeled antibody. Good images of the tumor xenografts were obtained at 48th hour after injection. The positive rate was 92 percent. The ratio of T/NT of tumor to muscle and tumor to intestine were 2, and approached their highest levels to 6.9 and 14.1 respectively at 96th hour after injection. These results indicated promise of monoclonal antibody Hb3 in the directed diagnosis and therapy of human colorectal cancer.
