| Abstract: | We present a patient in whom power pulse inversion imaging clearly demonstrated a subendocardial myocardial perfusion defect during contrast vasodilator stress using adenosine. The defect was best appreciated with M-mode postprocessing of power pulse inversion imaging data. |
