| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创经皮钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折的临床疗效.方法:运用微创经皮钢板内固定技术治疗下肢骨折65例,术后早期功能锻炼.结果:65例病例均获随访,时间18～24个月,平均20个月.骨折临床愈合时间8～14周,平均12周.无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合,无感染及内固定失败并发症.结论:微创经皮钢板内固定法符合生物学固定原则,有利于骨折愈合,是治疗下肢骨折的有效方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO) in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity.Method: 65 cases of lower extremity fractures,were treated with MIPPO and early recovery movement.Result: All the patients were followed up for 18~24 months after operation,average 20 months.All the fractures were healed with an average healing time of 12 weeks(8~14weeks)without delay union and nonunion,no inflammation and internal fixation failure happened.Conclusion: Minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis is according with biological osteosynthesis,and with the adwantage of accelerating bone healing,is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of fracture in lower extremity. |
