| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CA125、EmAb与子宫内膜异位症的关系。方法分别测定卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿（简称巧囊）和非子宫内膜异位症的卵巢良性囊肿患者血清CA125、EmAb水平。结果巧囊组血清CA125、EmAb水平高于对照组,P〈0.01。巧囊组血清CA125水平与病情程度成正相关,P〈0.01;血清EmAb水平与病情程度无明显相关性,P〉0.05。结论 CA125和EmAb与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展及预后有关。

The Role Of CA125 And EmAb In The Serum Of Patients With Endometriosis |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between CA125 and EmAb with endometriosis.Methods Testing the levels of CA125 and EmAb in serum of ovarian cysts of patients with endometriosis and non-endometriosis respectively.Results The level of CA125 and EmAb in the serum in patients with ECO was higher than that of the control group（P0.01）;The serum CA125 level in patients with ECO correlated positively with the severity of stages（P0.01）;The serum EmAb level in patients with ECO uncorrelated with the severity of stages（P0.05）.Conclusion The level of CA125 and EmAb concern with the occurrence and development and prognosis of endometr iosis. |
