摘    要:钾离子通道为心肌复极的主要离子通道,其中构成Ito的Kv4主要存在于左心室外膜下心肌。但体外表达研究表明,Kv4通道电流与体内存在的Ito性质并不一致,这表明还存在其他一些辅助亚单位与Kv4共同构成Ito,其中一类最重要的β亚单位为钾离子相互作用蛋白(KChIPs)。KChIPs为一类钙离子结合蛋白,现已发现4种KChIPs基因。KChIPs与Kv4在体外共同表达时,KChIPs可增加Kv4在细胞膜上的表达,减慢失活以及加速复活,这样使产生的电流接近于体内存在的心室Ito。

Abstract:Potassium channels are the most important channels in the repolarization of cardiac myocytes,Kv4 which constitutes Ito mostly resides in epicardium of left ventricle.However,in vitro,the current from Kv4 is not in accord with the quality of Ito expressed in vivo.It suggested that some other accessory subunits exist.The most important one of them is Kv channel interacting proteins(KChIPs).KChIPs is calcium-combined protein and four KChIPs genes have been found.When expressed with Kv4 in vitro,KChIPs increased the expression of Kv4 on membrane,decreased inactivation and speeded up the recovery of Kv4,which made the current more nearly to the ventricular Ito in vivo.
