乳腺癌患者配偶的生活质量及其影响因素

目的调查住院乳腺癌患者配偶的生活质量,并分析其影响因素。方法 2012年3-6月,采用便利抽样法选择西安市和芜湖市4所三级甲等医院住院治疗的乳腺癌患者及其配偶(各243名)为研究对象。采用简明健康状况问卷(the medicaloutcomes study 36-item short form health survey,SF-36)对乳腺癌患者配偶的生活质量进行调查,采用安德森症状评估量表(M.D Anderson symptom inventory,MDASI)对乳腺癌患者进行症状严重程度的调查,并分析乳腺癌患者配偶生活质量的影响因素。结果乳腺癌患者配偶的生活质量总分均值为(65.74±17.64)分,生理领域和心理领域得分分别为(71.52±18.59)、(59.96±20.08)分。乳腺癌患者症状严重程度总分为(109.00±38.17)分,干扰程度总分为(57.00±19.95)分。乳腺癌患者配偶生活质量的影响因素为慢性疾病、每天睡眠时间、生活应激事件、照顾其他家人、患者症状严重程度、家庭人均月收入等。结论乳腺癌患者配偶的生活质量较差,应加强干预,以提高其生活质量。

Quality of Life of Spouses of Women with Breast Cancer and Its Influencing Factors

Objective To investigate the quality of life（QOL） of spouses of women with breast cancer and to explore its influencing factors. Methods From March to June 2012,243 spouses of women with breast- cancer （n=243） from 4 grade-Ill level-A hospitals in Xi＇an and Wuhu were investigated with the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey（SF-36）. M.D. Andersom symptom inventory（MDASI） was used to investigate the symptom severity of the patients and the influencing factors of the QOL of their spouses were also analyzed accordingly. Results The total mean score of QOL of spouses of women with breast cancer,physiological field and psychological scores were 65.74±17.64,71.52 ± 18.59 and 59.96 ±20.08,respectively. The total score of symptom severity and the interference degree score for the patients were 109.00± 38.17 and 57.00±19.95, respectively. The factors related to QOL referred to chronic disea- ses,daily sleep time, life stress events, the severity of cancer-related symptoms in patient, care for other family members and per capital monthly family income. Conclusion The QOL of spouses of women with breast cancer is lower than those of normal male. It is suggested to provide interventions to improve the QOL for spouses of women with breast cancer.
