计划生育工作者对婚前性行为和人工流产的态度与看法

目的 :了解计划生育工作者对未婚年轻成人中性行为和人工流产的态度与看法。方法 :对八个省市 1 92 7名避孕药具提供者和发放者进行了问卷调查。结果 :对未婚年轻成人中的婚前性行为和人工流产 ,分别有 60 .7%和 87.9%的对象持不赞成的态度 ;2 4 .1 %和 9.1 %的对象表示理解。分别有 2 6.2 %和 1 4.2 %的对象认为贞操对男性和女性并不重要。 2 0 .2 %的对象认为人工流产对女性健康危害不大。结论 :部分计划生育工作者对婚前性行为采取宽容的态度 ,对婚前怀孕和人工流产危害认识不足 ,说明有必要对计划生育工作者进行有关青少年生殖健康问题的教育

The Perspectives and Attitudes of Family Planning Worker to Premarital Sex and Induced Abortion

Objective: In order to know the perspectives and attitudes of family planning worker to ward premarital sex and induced abortion and to explore its consequences on health among unmarried young adults. Methods:We investigated 1 927 contraceptive providers and disseminators in eight provinces in China Results: 60.7% and 87.9% subjects disproved premarital sex and induced abortion among the unmarried young adults, 24.1% and 9.1% subjects said it was understandable for the unmarried having premarital sex and induced abortion respectively. 26.2% and 14.2% subjects thought it was not important for a men or women to have first sex after getting married. 20.2% subjects considered induced abortion had low risk to women's health. Subjects had a tolerant attitude to premarital sex, and lack of correct understanding of serious consequences on health of premarital pregnancy and induced abortion. Conclusion: It is necessary to educate family planning workers about the situation of adolescent reproductive health.
