结合盆底肌锻炼治疗复发性念珠菌阴道炎的临床研究

目的 探讨结合盆底肌肉锻炼治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的有效性。方法 采用 对照观察的方法，选择一年内已有三次或以上念珠菌性阴道炎病史，非妊娠期和哺乳期妇 女共60例，随机分为两组：研究组30例，阴道塞克霉唑栓，用药1周后开始进行盆底肌 肉锻炼；对照组30例，阴道塞克霉唑栓；两组患者和性伴侣均口服氟康唑。比较两组临床 疗效。结果 治疗后第2个月和第3个月，研究组痊愈率比对照组高，两组比较差异有统计 学意义(P<0.05)；治疗后第3个月，研究组治疗总有效率93％，比对照组(70％)高，两组 比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 结合盆底肌肉锻炼可有效治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道 炎。

Clinical research of treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis combination with pelvic floor muscle exercises

Objective：To explore the effectiveness of treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis combination with pelvic floor muscle exercises. Methods: 60 cases of women of non-pregnancy and lactation with history of vulvovaginal candidiasis three times or more within a year were randomly divided into 2 groups：pelvic floor muscle exercises after the clotrimazole suppositories one week was used in 30 cases as study group；the clotrimazole suppositories was used in 30 cases as control group；patients and sexual partners had fluconazole in 2 group. Clinical efficacy were compared between 2 groups . Results: The cure rate after treatment 2 months and 3 months in study group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate after treatment 3 months in study group was 93％.Which was significantly higher than that 70％ in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis can be used for effective treatment combination with pelvic floor muscle exercises.
