摘    要:目的探讨锰暴露对机体血清多巴胺含量的影响.方法选择84名锰焊作业人员及84名对照人员,测定其血清多巴胺(DA)含量.结果锰暴露组DA含量高于对照组,差异有显著性.DA与作业场所空气中锰、尿锰呈现一定的剂量反应关系.结论血清多巴胺的测定可以作为锰中毒的早期敏感指标.

Abstract:Objective To study the adverse effects of occupational manganese exposure on serum dopamine. Methods The air manganese concentration at workplaces was measured and the serum dopamine and urinary manganese of 84 welders and 84 controls were determined. Results The concentration of dopamine of exposed workers was lower than that in the controls, there was significant difference between two groups. There existed the dose-effect relationship between serum dopamine level and air- manganese or urine-manganese. Conclusions The results indicated that manganese exposure may cause the change of serum dopamine. Serum dopamine may be one of the early response of manganism.
