乳癌病人血清p53抗体与组织p53的比较

目的　比较乳癌病人血清 p5 3抗体和组织 p5 3表达之间的关系。方法　 6 8例乳癌病人血清 p5 3抗体用酶联免疫法 (EL ISA)检测 ,组织 p5 3蛋白用免疫组织化学法检测。结果　 6 8例乳癌病人血清 p5 3抗体阳性 19例 ,阳性率 2 8% ,组织 p5 3阳性 2 7例 ,阳性率 4 0 % ,组织 p5 3阳性同时血清 p5 3抗体阳性者 14例 ,组织 p5 3阳性而血清 p5 3抗体阴性者 13例 ,组织 p5 3阴性但血清 p5 3抗体阳性者 5例。结论　组织和血清之间具有密切相关性 ,但非完全一致 ,p5 3抗体的检测更是一个预测乳癌复发或高危险性的指标。

The relationship between serum p53Abs and tissue p53

Objective To compare the relationship between p53 autoantibodies in sera and p53 protein in tissues with breast cancer.Method p53 antibodies in sera of 68 cases of breast cancer were detected by ELISA,and p53 protein in tissue section by immunohistochemistry.Result p53Abs were detected in 19 of 68 (28%) sera of breast cancer,the p53 protein overexpressed in 27 of 68 (40%) tissues of breast cancer.There was a close correlation (P=0 004 5) between p53Abs and p53,but not consistent completely.Conclusion The presence of p53Abs provides important additional information to immunochemistry;detecting p53Abs gives an index for prognosticating the recurrence and high risk of breast cancer.
