| 摘 要： | 介绍了食管癌病人术后肺部并发症的护理进展 ,阐述了食管癌病人术后肺部并发症的发生时间、原因及发生机制、治疗及护理。认为术前训练及术后协助病人有效咳嗽排痰 ,超声雾化吸入、充分湿化呼吸道、适时吸痰、气管内用药等措施是预防肺部并发症的有效办法。

| Abstract: | it introduced the nursing care progress of postoperative esophageal carcinoma patients developed pulmonary complications. And it expatiated the time of occurrence, causes and mechanism, therapy and nursing care of postoperative esophageal carcinoma patients developed pulmonary complications. It suggested that for prevention of pulmonary complications, one should provide pre-operational training, help patients to cough up phlegm effectively after operation, give ultrasonic nebulization, humidify airway sufficiently, draw sputum timely, and give endotracheal medication. |
