| 摘 要： | 目的调查四川汉族群体8个Y-染色体STR的遗传多态性，分析8个Y染色体STR的等位基因序列。方法利用非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对8个Y-STR基因座进行分型。结果DYS443、DYS453、DYS455、DYS456是简单重复序列的Y—STR，DYS444、DYS448、DYS457、DYS458是复杂重复序列的Y-STR。108位男性个体观察到106种单体型。8个Y—STR的基因变异度在0．355—0．821之间，单体型变异度为0．9996。结论在四川汉族群体，8个基因座构成的单体型具有较好的个人识别能力和非父排除率。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the genetic polymorphism of 8 Y-STR loci in Han population of Sichuan, and the allelic sequences of 8 Y-STRs. Methods the PCR products of 8 Y-STR were genotyped using non-denatured polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results DYS443, DYS453, DYS455, and DYS456 are Y- STRs with the simple repeat motif, and DYS444, DYS448, DYS457, and DYS458 are Y-STRs with the complex repeat motif. A total of 106 haplotypes were observed at 8-Y-STRs in 108 males. The gene diversities of 8 Y-STR ranged from 0. 355-0. 821, and the diversity of haplotype was 0. 9996. Conclusion The discrimination power and the probability of paternity exclusion at 8 Y-STR were higher in Sichuan Han population. |
